Product details

Ultrafine powders face issues during packaging such as high air content, heavy dust, light specific gravity causing floating, and difficulty in packing. This packaging machine completely solves these problems, addressing low efficiency, poor accuracy, heavy dust, and difficulty in manual packaging. It is a new-generation device with high weighing accuracy, simple and convenient operation, widely applicable for packaging ultrafine powder materials such as precipitated silica, precipitated white carbon black, thickeners, pigment carbon black, acetylene carbon black, ink carbon black, rubber carbon black, activated carbon black, carbon, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, magnesium stearate, heat stabilizers, calcium-zinc stabilizers, barium-zinc stabilizers, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, powder coatings, carbon black, matting powder, stearates, lithium iron phosphate, aerogels, etc.

Product Overview:

The vacuum valve port packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano-scale powders with high air content and low specific gravity. The packaging process has no dust escape, effectively reducing environmental pollution. The process achieves high compression ratio filling, making the finished bag shape full and reducing bag size, with outstanding packaging results.

Typical materials include silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and hard salts.

Working Principle:

The JKF-159C series packaging machine adopts a vacuum suction feeding method. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber, and the material is drawn into the bag by negative pressure, while air in the material is discharged through the bag pores. When the material weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the sealed bag, completing a single bag packaging cycle.
