Product Introduction The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device to draw powder into the packaging bag under vacuum, enabling dust-free packaging for lightweight, high-volume powders. It can monitor and maintain a vacuum level of 90 KPa. The system integrates vacuum metering, PLC control, and human-machine interface for fully automated operation, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate weighing, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other lightweight high-volume powders. Widely applied in production and bag-changing operations.
