Product Introduction
JKF-159C Valve Type Vacuum Powder Quantitative Packaging Machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state, completely solving the pollution problem of large-volume, light-weight powder packaging. It can apply negative pressure up to 90Kpa in the vacuum chamber. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation, fully automated. Features include high packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other large-volume, light-weight powders. Widely used in production, repacking, and other powder manufacturing facilities.
