JKF-159CH valve-type suction powder quantitative packaging machine features variable-speed screw feeding, in-bag negative pressure suction technology, automatic dust recovery, etc. It is designed for ultra-fine powder industries where materials are light in bulk density, highly flowable, air-affinitive, ultra-fine, gas-containing, and cannot be packaged in one go. It strictly controls dust escape on the production site, ensuring a clean environment. This model uses variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic weighing technology, and PLC program control, completely solving the problem of one-time filling of ultra-fine powder, with accurate weighing and no dust. Widely used for carbon black, nano calcium carbonate, ultra-fine talc, kaolin, precipitated silica, stabilizers, stearic acid, corn starch, bentonite, and other ultra-fine powders.
