1. Product Overview:
The vacuum valve bag packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano-scale powders with high gas content and low specific gravity. The packaging process has no dust leakage, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It can achieve high compression ratio filling, making the finished bags full and compact, reducing bag size, and delivering outstanding packaging results.

2. Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine uses vacuum suction to feed materials. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. The material enters the bag through negative pressure suction, while the gas in the material is discharged through the bag's pores. When the material weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the sealed bag, completing one bag packaging.
3. Applicable Materials:
For dry-process ultrafine powders (during crushing, a large amount of air is introduced, resulting in large bulk volume, low bulk density, large packaging volume, difficult storage, transportation, stacking, increased storage space, and over time, some gas escapes causing the bag to collapse and deform, increasing storage and transportation costs). Such as: silicon dioxide (white carbon black, ultrafine white carbon black, fumed silica), nano-light calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, modified light calcium carbonate, activated heavy calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate, coal-series calcined kaolin, washed kaolin, modified washed kaolin, talc powder, pyrophyllite, bauxite, calcium stearate, coarse graphite, fine graphite, activated clay, carbon black, dicalcium phosphate, calcium phosphate, nano zinc oxide, magnesium hydroxide, iron oxide red dye, dye, diatomaceous earth, refractory materials, nano titanium dioxide, silica fume, etc.
