Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-mouth vacuum powder quantitative packing machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to draw the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the pollution problem of packaging light and bulky powders. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber that withstands up to 90 Kpa. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation, and fully automated. It features fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other light and bulky powders, widely used in production and bag replacement.
