Silica Micro Powder Packing Machine

Our company has newly developed a valve-type vacuum packing machine specifically for special powder materials. It solves issues of low bulk density, poor fluidity, ultra-fine particle size, and high air affinity through arch breaking, feeding methods, and in-bag air extraction, effectively improving packing speed and accuracy while controlling dust emissions. Working Principle: The JKF-159C series packing machine uses vacuum suction to feed material. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Material enters the bag under negative pressure while gas escapes through bag pores. When the preset weight is reached, the vacuum pump stops and the chamber door opens for manual removal.
