Product details

The company owns its production workshop, equipped with major processing equipment such as large plate shearing machines, bending machines, coiling machines, DC and AC welders, as well as lathes, planers, milling machines, etc.

The company's main products include: valve-type quantitative packaging machines, open-mouth quantitative packaging machines, liquid quantitative filling machines, quantitative inspection scales, batching control systems, metering engineering, etc. Products are widely used in chemical, food, building materials, coal, petroleum, warehousing, transportation, grain and oil, medicine, road engineering and many other fields.

Our newly developed valve-type vacuum packaging machine focuses on special material properties of powders, solving problems such as arch breaking, feeding methods, and auxiliary measures for materials with small bulk density, poor fluidity, ultra-fine particle size, and strong air affinity. This effectively improves packaging speed and accuracy for such materials, while strictly controlling dust escape at the production site to keep the environment clean.

Product Introduction

JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, achieving powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the pollution problem of high-volume, light-weight powder packaging. The vacuum chamber can withstand 90 KPa negative pressure with monitoring. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation and full automation. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust emission. Mainly applied to fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other high-volume, light-weight powders, widely used in production and bag change.
