Product Introduction
JKF-159C Valve Type Vacuum Powder Quantitative Packing Machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging of powder under sealed vacuum condition. It can completely solve the problem of pollution during packaging of powders with large volume and low bulk density. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber capable of withstanding 90Kpa. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation, full automation. Features fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various silica, and other powders with large volume and low bulk density. Widely used in production and bag replacement.
