Product Introduction
Model JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packing machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bags inside the vacuum chamber, achieving packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. This completely solves the pollution problem in packaging large-volume, lightweight powders. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber capable of withstanding 90 Kpa, integrates vacuum metering, and is controlled by a PLC program with human-machine interface operation, achieving full automation. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other large-volume, lightweight powders. Widely used in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturing processes.
