Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. It completely solves the pollution problem of light bulk density powder packaging. The machine can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber (up to 90Kpa), integrates vacuum metering, is controlled by PLC program, operated via HMI, and fully automated. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate weighing, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other light bulk density powders. Widely used in production and bag change.
