Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine is composed of vacuum pump, negative pressure chamber, vacuum chamber and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between vacuum chamber and feeding device to suck powder into packaging bag inside vacuum chamber, realizing powder packaging in sealed vacuum state, completely solving pollution problem of bulky and light-weight powder packaging. It can monitor negative pressure of vacuum chamber that withstands 90Kpa negative pressure. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, human-machine interface operation, fully automatic operation, with fast packaging speed, accurate metering and no dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other bulky and light-weight powders, widely used in production and bag replacement.
