JKF-159C Valve-type Vacuum Dust-Free Powder Packaging Machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk volume, good fluidity, and high gas content. Applicable scope: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, fumed silica (gas-phase), hydrophobic silica, hydrophilic silica, nano-silica, powder coatings, toner, fluorescent powder, pearlescent powder, carbon nanotube powder, lithium iron phosphate, lithium borate, spray coating powder, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, fluorescent pigments, etc.
Working Principle:
Using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device, the powder is sucked into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. The weight is controlled by a vacuum proportional valve, enabling powder packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. Effectively solves issues such as weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. Completely eliminates gas inside the packaging bag, and the packaging process is carried out in a closed environment without dust.
