JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the pollution problem of packaging light and bulky powders. The vacuum chamber can withstand 90 Kpa negative pressure and is monitored. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation, fully automated, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust. Mainly applied to fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and light and bulky powders. Widely used in production and bag change.
