Product details

Ultrafine powders often face issues like high gas content, heavy dust, low bulk density, floatation, and difficulty in packing due to fluffiness. This packaging machine completely solves these problems, overcoming challenges of manual packaging such as low efficiency, poor accuracy, heavy dust, and difficult handling. It represents a new generation of equipment with high weighing accuracy and simple operation, widely applicable for packaging ultrafine powdery materials such as precipitated silica, precipitated white carbon black, thickeners, pigment carbon black, acetylene carbon black, ink carbon black, rubber carbon black, activated carbon black, carbon, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, magnesium stearate, heat stabilizers, calcium-zinc stabilizers, barium-zinc stabilizers, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, powder coatings, carbon black, matting powder, stearates, lithium iron phosphate, aerogels, etc. Product Overview: The vacuum valve packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano powders with high gas content and low bulk density. The packaging process has no dust leakage, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression ratio filling, making the finished bags full and compact, reducing bag size, with outstanding packaging effects. Representative materials: silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, hard metal salts, etc. Working Principle: The JKF-159C series packaging machine feeds material by vacuum suction. The bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Material enters the bag under negative pressure, while gases in the material are expelled through the bag's pores. When the preset weight is reached, the vacuum pump stops, the chamber door opens, and the operator removes the sealed bag, completing one packaging cycle.
