JKF-159C valve-type vacuum dust-free powder packaging machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk volume, good fluidity, and high gas content. Applicable to fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silica powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardant, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.

Working Principle:

The powder is drawn into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber by pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device, with the valve controlled by vacuum level for weighing. This enables packaging under sealed vacuum condition, effectively solving issues of weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. It can completely eliminate gas inside the bag, and the packaging process is done in a sealed environment without dust.
