Product Overview:
The vacuum valve port packaging machine is designed for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nanoscale powders with high air content and low density. The packaging process ensures no dust leakage, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression ratio filling, making the finished bag compact and reducing bag size. The packaging effect is particularly outstanding.
Representative materials include silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super-conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and stearates.
Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine uses vacuum suction for material feeding. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Materials enter the bag through negative pressure, while air in the material is expelled through the bag's pores. When the material weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the sealed bag, completing one packaging cycle.
