Product Overview:
Vacuum valve port packing machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano-scale powders with high gas content and low specific gravity. The packaging process has no dust leakage, effectively reducing environmental pollution. The packaging process achieves high compression ratio material filling, making the finished bags full and compact, reducing bag size, and achieving outstanding packaging effect. Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine uses vacuum suction to feed materials. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. The material enters the bag under negative pressure, while the gas in the material is discharged through the pores of the bag. When the weight of the filled material reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, and the vacuum chamber door opens. The operator removes the sealed bag, completing a single bag packaging cycle.
