The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum dust-free powder packing machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk volume, good fluidity, and high gas content. Scope of application: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, superfine silica powder, lightweight stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardant, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, and other powders.

Working principle:

The powder is sucked into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber by the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device. The vacuum ratio control valve performs weighing, achieving powder packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. It effectively solves problems of weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. It can completely achieve zero gas in the packaging bag, and the packaging process is completed in a sealed environment with no dust.
