The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum dust-free powder packing machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk density, good fluidity, and high gas content. Applicable materials: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silica powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardants, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.
Working Principle:
The vacuum chamber and feeding device create a pressure difference to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. The valve is controlled proportionally by vacuum degree for weighing, enabling powder packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. Effectively solves issues such as weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. Can completely eliminate gas inside the packaging bag, and the packaging process is completed in a sealed environment without dust.
