Product Introduction
JKF-159H valve-type powder quantitative packaging machine uses asynchronous double augers for deaeration. When the preset compression ratio is reached, the pressure valve opens and material enters the feeding auger, finally delivered into the bag by a tapered auger for full packing density. The valve bag inflation device eliminates dust pollution. Designed for powders with slightly low density, slightly large volume, and particle size D98 20μm-5μm. Features variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic metering technology, PLC control, and HMI operation. Fully automatic with high speed, accurate weighing, and no dust. Widely used for precipitated silica, carbon black, modified talc, light nano calcium, activated modified powders, etc.
