Star-shaped discharge device also known as discharger, discharge valve, rotary feeder, lock valve. Usually, the star-shaped discharge structure consists of a rotor with several blades, housing, seals, reducer, motor, etc.
When the material in the upper silo falls into the gaps between blades by gravity, it is discharged from the lower part as the blades rotate. Therefore, the star-shaped discharger can discharge materials quantitatively and continuously. It is commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems, either pressure or negative pressure systems. The star-shaped discharger can feed the conveying pipe uniformly and continuously, ensuring a stable gas-solid ratio in the pneumatic conveying pipe, so that the pneumatic conveying works normally. At the same time, it can also isolate the upper and lower air pressure, acting as an airlock. Thus, the star-shaped discharger is an important component in pneumatic conveying systems. It is especially suitable for dust and small particle materials, and is widely selected by industries such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, cement, road construction, drying equipment, etc.
This product has several varieties. According to the housing material, it can be divided into cast iron type and stainless steel type. According to wear resistance, it can be divided into standard type and wear-resistant type.
