The vacuum valve port packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano-scale powders with high gas content and low bulk density. Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine uses vacuum suction to feed materials. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Material enters the bag through negative pressure suction, while gas in the material is discharged through the bag's pores. When the material weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the sealed bag, completing one packaging cycle.
