Product Overview:

The vacuum valve port packing machine is suitable for valve bag packing of ultra-fine and nano-scale powders with high gas content and low density. The packing process is dust-free, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression ratio filling, resulting in well-shaped finished bags, reducing bag size, and delivering outstanding packing performance.

Representative materials include silica powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and hard acid salts.

Working Principle:

The JKF-159C series packing machine feeds material by vacuum suction. The bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber, and material enters the bag via negative pressure while gas escapes through bag pores. When the weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the packed bag is manually removed, completing one cycle.
