Product Overview:
The vacuum valve bag packer is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano powders with high gas content and low bulk density. The packing process has no dust leakage, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression ratio filling, making the finished bags full and compact, reducing bag size, with outstanding packing effect.

Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packer uses vacuum suction to feed material. The bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Material enters the bag through negative pressure, while gas in the material is discharged through the bag's pores. When the weight of material in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the sealed bag, completing one bag.
