Product Overview:
The vacuum valve port packing machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano powders with high gas content and low bulk density. The packaging process has no dust leakage, effectively reducing environmental pollution. The process achieves high compression ratio filling of materials, making the finished bags full and compact, reducing bag size, and achieving outstanding packaging results.
Typical materials: silica powder, carbon black, white carbon black, conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and stearates.
Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packing machine uses vacuum suction to feed material. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Material enters the bag under negative pressure, while gas in the material is discharged through the bag's pores. When the material weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the packed bag, completing one cycle.
