Product Overview:

The vacuum valve port packing machine is designed for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano powders with high gas content and low specific gravity. The packaging process is dust-free, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression ratio filling, making the finished bags compact and reducing bag size, with outstanding packaging results.

Typical materials include silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and hard stearates.


Working Principle:

The JKF-159C series packing machine uses vacuum suction to feed materials. The bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Material enters the bag via negative pressure suction, while gases in the material are expelled through the bag's pores. When the material weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the chamber door opens, and the operator removes the sealed bag, completing a single bag packaging cycle.
