JKF-159C valve-type vacuum dust-free powder packaging machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk volume, good fluidity, and high gas content. Applicable materials: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silica powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardants, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.

Working Principle:

The vacuum chamber and feeding device create a pressure difference to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. The vacuum degree proportional control valve performs weighing, enabling packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. This effectively solves issues such as weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. It can completely eliminate gas inside the bag, and the packaging process is carried out in a sealed environment without dust.
