The vacuum valve port packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultra-fine and nano powders with high air content and low specific gravity. Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine uses vacuum suction to feed materials. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Materials enter the bag through negative pressure suction, while air in the materials is expelled through the bag's pores. When the weight of materials in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator manually removes the sealed bag, completing a single bag packaging.
