 JKF-159C valve-type vacuum dust-free powder packaging machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk density, good fluidity, and high gas content. Applicable range: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silicon micropowder, light metal stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardants, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.

Working Principle:

  Using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device, the powder is sucked into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. The weighing is controlled by a vacuum proportional control valve, enabling powder packaging under a sealed vacuum state. It effectively solves problems such as weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. It can completely eliminate gas inside the packaging bag, and the packaging process is carried out in a closed environment without dust.
