Product Introduction
The JKF-159H valve-type powder quantitative packaging machine uses asynchronous twin screws for gas extrusion. When the preset compression ratio is reached, the pressure valve opens and material enters the feeding screw, finally being sent into the bag by a tapered feeding screw, achieving full and dense packaging. The valve bag expansion device prevents dust pollution. It is designed for powders with slightly lower density, slightly larger volume, and particle size D98 20μm-5μm. It adopts variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic weighing technology, PLC program control, and human-machine interface operation, fully automated. Features high packaging speed, accurate weighing, and no dust. Widely used for precipitated silica, pigment carbon black, modified talc, light nano calcium, activated modified powders, etc.
