Product Introduction
JKC-1000C Ton Bag Packing Machine is a mechatronic product. It mainly consists of electronic weighing control system, trailer and rail, bag clamping frame, bag clamping ring, pneumatic bag clamp, pneumatic bag hanger, fork-shaped discharge tube, special pneumatic cone disc solid valve, feeder, material accumulation box, dust collection system, electric control system and pneumatic circuit. The working process includes manual bagging and manual tying, while the rest: bag clamping, bag blowing, feeding, weighing, exhaust, unclamping and product conveying are all automatically completed according to the set program, finally transported by forklift to palletizing or loading. It features complete detection and control functions, reliable operation, high weighing accuracy, simple operation and easy maintenance.
