Product Introduction: The JKF-159CH valve bag powder quantitative packaging machine adopts variable frequency speed control and electronic automatic metering technology, controlled by PLC program. It can completely solve one-time filling of ultrafine powder, featuring accurate metering and dust-free operation. It uses variable-speed screw feeding, available in full-screw and half-screw types. The full-screw type feeds material directly into the packaging bag, designed for materials with high specific gravity, poor fluidity, or high viscosity, such as titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powders, dry mortar, and joint fillers. The half-screw type uses high-speed variable frequency screw to indirectly deliver material into the bag via air, designed for materials with good fluidity (325-2500 mesh) and low clogging tendency, such as heavy calcium carbonate, heavy barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizers, wax powder, color powder, aluminum magnesium hydroxide, etc.
