Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling powder packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. It completely solves the pollution problem of large-volume, light-weight powder packaging, monitors the 90Kpa negative pressure in the vacuum chamber, integrates vacuum measurement, and is controlled by PLC program with human-machine interface. Fully automatic operation features fast packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other large-volume light-weight powders. Widely used in production and bag replacement.
