JKF-159C valve-type dust-free packaging machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk volume, good flowability, and high gas content. Applicable powders: activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silica powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardants, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.

It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. The weighing is controlled by a vacuum proportional valve, enabling packaging of powder in a sealed vacuum state. It effectively solves problems such as weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. It can completely achieve zero gas in the packaging bag, and the packaging process is completed in a closed environment without dust.
