Product Introduction
The JKF-159H valve-type powder quantitative packaging machine uses asynchronous dual-screw extrusion for deaeration. When the preset compression ratio is reached, the pressure valve opens to enter the feeding screw, and finally the material is sent into the bag by the conical feeding screw, achieving full and dense packaging. The valve inflation device prevents dust pollution. It is designed for powders with slightly lower density, larger volume, and particle size D98 20μm-5μm. It adopts variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic weighing technology, PLC program control, and human-machine interface operation, fully automated, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate weighing, and dust-free operation. Widely used for precipitated silica, pigment carbon black, modified talc, lightweight nano calcium, activated modified powders, etc.
