JKF-159CH type valve bag powder quantitative packing machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, electronic automatic weighing technology, controlled by PLC program. It can completely solve the one-time filling of ultrafine powder, with features of accurate weighing and no dust. It uses variable speed screw feeding, divided into full-screw type and half-screw type. The full-screw type sends material directly into the packaging bag, designed mainly for materials with high specific gravity, poor fluidity, and viscous materials, such as titanium dioxide, wet-process zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powder, dry mortar, joint filler, etc. The half-screw type uses high-speed variable frequency screw to indirectly send material into the packaging bag via air, designed mainly for materials with good fluidity (325-2500 mesh) that are not easy to block, such as ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizer, wax powder, color powder, magnesium aluminum hydroxide, etc.
