Product Introduction
JKF-159CH valve-type suction powder quantitative packing machine adopts variable speed screw feeding, bag internal negative pressure suction technology, automatic dust collection and other functions. It is mainly designed for ultrafine powder industries with low specific gravity, high bulk density, strong fluidity, high air affinity, ultra-fine particle size, high gas content and unable to be packed at one time. It strictly controls dust escape from the production site to keep the environment clean. This model adopts variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic metering technology, and PLC program control, which can completely solve the one-time filling of ultrafine powder, with accurate metering and no dust. It is widely used in carbon black, nano calcium carbonate, ultrafine talc powder, kaolin, precipitated silica, stabilizer, stearic acid, corn starch, bentonite and other ultrafine powders.
