Product Introduction
The JKF-159CH valve bag powder quantitative packaging machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation and electronic automatic metering technology, controlled by PLC program. It can completely solve the problem of one-time filling of ultrafine powder, featuring accurate metering and dust-free operation. It uses variable speed screw feeding, divided into full-screw type and half-screw type. The full-screw type feeds materials directly into the packaging bag, designed for materials with high specific gravity, poor fluidity, and high viscosity, such as titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powder, dry mortar, and joint filler. The half-screw type uses high-speed variable frequency screw to indirectly feed materials into the packaging bag via air, designed for materials with good fluidity of 325-2500 mesh that are not prone to clogging, such as ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc calcium magnesium stearate, stabilizer, wax powder, color powder, and magnesium aluminum hydroxide.
