Product Introduction
The JKF-159H valve-type powder quantitative packing machine uses asynchronous dual screws for gas extrusion. When the preset compression ratio is reached, the pressure valve opens and material enters the feeding screw, finally delivered into the bag by a conical feeding screw. This ensures full and dense package filling, and the valve bag inflation device prevents dust pollution. It is specially designed for powders with slightly lower density, larger volume, and particle size D98 20μm-5μm. Equipped with variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic weighing, PLC control, and HMI operation, it offers fast packing speed, high accuracy, and dust-free operation. Widely used for precipitated silica, pigment carbon black, modified talc, light nano calcium, activated modified powders, etc.
