Product Introduction
JKF-159CH valve-type suction powder quantitative packaging machine adopts variable speed screw feeding, negative pressure suction technology inside the bag, automatic gas and dust recovery, etc. It is specially designed for ultrafine powder industries where the powder has low specific gravity, high bulk density, good fluidity, strong air affinity, ultra-fine particle size, high air content and cannot be packed in one go. It strictly controls dust escape at the production site to keep the environment clean. This model uses variable frequency speed regulation, electronic automatic weighing technology, and PLC program control, which can completely solve the one-time filling of ultrafine powder, with accurate metering and no dust. It is widely used for carbon black, nano calcium carbonate, ultrafine talc powder, kaolin, precipitated silica, stabilizers, stearic acid, corn starch, bentonite and other ultrafine powders.
