Product Introduction
The JKF-159CH valve-type suction powder quantitative packaging machine is driven by variable speed screw feeding, adopts negative pressure suction technology inside the bag, and features automatic dust recovery. It is specifically designed for ultra-fine powder industries with low bulk density, high accumulation density, strong fluidity, high air affinity, ultra-fine particle size, high gas content, and difficulty in one-time packaging. It strictly controls dust escape at the production site, ensuring a clean working environment. This model adopts variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic metering technology, and is controlled by a PLC program. It can completely solve the one-time filling of ultra-fine powder, featuring accurate metering and no dust. Widely used in carbon black, nano calcium carbonate, ultra-fine talc powder, kaolin, precipitated silica, stabilizers, stearic acid, corn starch, bentonite, and other ultra-fine powders.
