Product Introduction
JKF-159CH type valve port powder quantitative packaging machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation function, electronic automatic metering technology, controlled by PLC program, which can completely solve the one-time filling of ultra-fine powder, with accurate metering and no dust. It is fed by variable speed screw, divided into full screw type and half screw type. The full screw type can directly send the material into the packaging bag, mainly designed for materials with large specific gravity, poor fluidity, and viscous materials, such as titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powder, dry mortar, seam filler, etc. The half screw type uses high-speed variable frequency screw to indirectly send the material into the packaging bag through air, mainly designed for materials with good fluidity and not easy to clog from 325 mesh to 2500 mesh, such as ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizer, wax powder, toner, magnesium aluminum hydroxide, etc.
