Product details

Ultra-fine powders have problems such as large gas volume, heavy dust, light specific gravity, easy floating, and difficulty in packaging. This packaging machine completely solves the above problems and resolves the difficulties of manual packaging such as low efficiency, poor accuracy, heavy dust, and difficulty in packaging. It is a new era equipment with high weighing accuracy and simple operation, widely used for packaging ultra-fine powder materials such as precipitated silica, precipitated white carbon black, thickener, pigment carbon black, acetylene carbon black, ink carbon black, rubber carbon black, activated carbon black, carbon, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, magnesium stearate, heat stabilizer, calcium-zinc stabilizer, barium-zinc stabilizer, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, powder coating, carbon black, matting powder, stearates, lithium iron phosphate, aerogel, etc.

Product Overview:

Vacuum valve mouth packaging machine is suitable for valve pocket packaging of ultra-fine and nano-scale powders with large gas content and low specific gravity. No dust leakage during packaging, effectively reducing environmental pollution. The packaging process achieves high compression ratio filling of materials, making the finished bag full and reducing bag size. Packaging effect is particularly outstanding.

Representative materials: silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, stearates, etc.

Working Principle:

The JKF-159C series packaging machine adopts vacuum suction feeding. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Materials enter the bag through negative pressure suction, while the gas in the material is discharged through the bag's pores. When the weight of the material filled in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the packaged bag, completing the single bag packaging.
