Product Introduction
The JKF-159CH valve type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine is driven by variable speed screw feeding, adopts negative pressure suction technology inside the bag, and automatic dust recovery. It is designed for ultra-fine powder industries with characteristics such as light bulk density, high packing density, strong fluidity, high air affinity, ultra-fine particle size, high gas content, and difficulty in one-time packaging. It strictly controls dust escape in the production site, making the production environment clean. This machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation and electronic automatic metering technology, controlled by PLC program, which can completely solve the one-time filling of ultra-fine powder, featuring accurate metering and no dust. Widely used in carbon black, nano calcium carbonate, ultra-fine talc powder, kaolin, precipitated silica, stabilizer, stearic acid, corn starch, bentonite and other ultra-fine powders.
