Product Introduction
The JKF-159H valve bag powder packaging machine uses asynchronous dual-screw deaeration. When the preset compression ratio is reached, the pressure valve opens and material enters the feeding screw, finally being delivered into the bag by a conical feeding screw, achieving full and dense filling. The valve bag inflation device prevents dust pollution. Designed for powders with slightly low density, large volume, and particle size D98 20μm-5μm. Features variable frequency drive, electronic automatic weighing, PLC control, and HMI touch screen. Fully automatic operation with fast packing speed, accurate metering, and no dust. Widely used for precipitated silica, pigment carbon black, modified talc, light nano calcium, activated modified powders, etc.
