Model JKF-159H Valve Port Type Powder Quantitative Packing Machine uses asynchronous twin screws for gas extrusion. When the preset compression ratio is reached, the pressure valve opens and material enters the feeding screw. Finally, the cone-shaped feeding screw delivers the material into the bag, achieving full and dense packing. The valve bag expansion device prevents dust pollution. It is specially designed for powders with slightly low density, slightly large volume, and particle size D98 20μm-5μm. It adopts variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic weighing technology, PLC program control, and human-machine interface operation for full automation. Features include fast packing speed, accurate metering, and no dust. Widely used in precipitated silica, pigment carbon black, modified talc powder, light nano-calcium, activated modified powders, etc.
