The JKF-159CH valve port bag powder quantitative packaging machine uses frequency conversion speed regulation and electronic automatic metering technology, controlled by PLC program, fully solving the one-time filling of ultra-fine powder with accurate metering and no dust. It uses variable speed screw feeding, divided into full-screw type and half-screw type. The full-screw type directly feeds materials into the packaging bag, designed for materials with high specific gravity, poor fluidity, and high viscosity, such as titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, fine powder, dry mortar, and joint filler.
