Lithium Manganate Packaging Machine
Specifications
Product details
Ultra-fine powders often have issues during packaging such as high gas content, heavy dust, low specific gravity, easy floating, and fluffiness that is difficult to pack. This packaging machine completely solves the above problems, addressing challenges like low efficiency, poor accuracy, heavy dust, and difficult packaging in manual operations. It is a new-generation device with high weighing accuracy, simple and convenient operation, and can be widely used for packaging ultra-fine powder materials. Examples include: precipitated silica, precipitated white carbon black, thickener, pigment carbon black, acetylene carbon black, ink carbon black, rubber carbon black, activated carbon black, carbon, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, magnesium stearate, heat stabilizer, calcium-zinc stabilizer, barium-zinc stabilizer, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, powder coating, carbon black, matting powder, stearate, lithium iron phosphate, aerogel, and other powders.
Product Overview:
The vacuum valve port packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultra-fine and nano-scale powders with high gas content and low specific gravity. The packaging process has no dust overflow, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression ratio filling of materials, making the finished bag full and compact, reducing bag size, and delivering outstanding packaging results.
Representative materials include silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and stearates.
Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine uses vacuum suction to feed materials. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Material enters the bag through negative pressure suction, while gas in the material is discharged through the bag's pores. When the weight of material filled in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, and the vacuum chamber door opens. The operator manually removes the packaged bag, completing single bag packaging.
