Product details
Ultra-fine powders during packaging often encounter issues such as high gas content, excessive dust, light specific gravity causing floating, and difficulty in filling due to fluffiness. This packaging machine completely resolves the above problems, addressing challenges like low efficiency, poor accuracy, heavy dust, and difficulty in manual packaging. It is a new-generation device featuring high weighing accuracy and simple operation, widely applicable for packaging ultra-fine powdery materials, such as precipitated silica, precipitated white carbon black, thickeners, pigment carbon black, acetylene black, ink carbon black, rubber carbon black, activated carbon black, carbon, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, magnesium stearate, heat stabilizers, calcium-zinc stabilizers, barium-zinc stabilizers, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, powder coatings, carbon black, matting powder, stearates, lithium iron phosphate, aerogel, and other powders.
Product Overview:
Vacuum valve port packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultra-fine and nano-scale powders with high gas content and low specific gravity. The packaging process has no dust leakage, effectively reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression ratio filling of materials, making the finished packaging bag shape full and reducing bag size, with particularly outstanding packaging results.
Representative materials include silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and hard salts.
Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine adopts vacuum suction feeding method. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber; material enters the bag through negative pressure suction, and gas in the material is discharged through the bag pores. When the weight of material filled in the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the packaged bag, completing single bag packaging.
